When approached to craft a logo and online identity for a new real estate investment company, I wasn’t sure where to begin - investment is such an opaque thing, and I knew it would be very challenging to find just the right way to present it. The solution was to make it new, just as the company's investors do with houses and other properties across north Texas. From the logo, which shows the old property being turned into the new, and the online identity, which is clean and simple - reflecting a modern take on property and renovation.
